I’m feeling super lazy this afternoon (browsing Pinterest and doing a bit of knitting, snuggled up in my favourite armchair in front of a roaring log fire while Mister C J sprawls on the sofa shooting people on his PS4!) so I don’t feel overly inclined to do much cooking.
I’ve taken some homemade meatballs out of the freezer and will cook them in an onion, garlic, tomato and black olive sauce and chuck them on top of some spaghetti. That’ll do.0 -
