I’m feeling super lazy this afternoon (browsing Pinterest and doing a bit of knitting, snuggled up in my favourite armchair in front of a roaring log fire while Mister C J sprawls on the sofa shooting people on his PS4!) so I don’t feel overly inclined to do much cooking.

I’ve taken some homemade meatballs out of the freezer and will cook them in an onion, garlic, tomato and black olive sauce and chuck them on top of some spaghetti. That’ll do.

CJ you're doing better than me, I forgot to take the vegan balls out of the freezer...they're not even HM....so we won't be having those for dinner.

Scallops and chorizo pasta again as it's my turn to cook and it's about the only thing I successfully make from scratch that DH likes. Am more of a baker.

I am currently slow cooking some beef, mushrooms and onions in Guinness which will go into a puff pastry pie for tonight, served with carrots and greens.
