Last night we had baby potatoes, with fish and peas.

Tonight we had belly pork in salt and chilli crumb, prawn and egg fried rice, sweet and sour veg and some mini spring rolls.

I’m doing a leg of roast lamb tonight with all the trimmings, and leftover lamb will make biryani for tomorrow night. Hoping there may be enough leftover to make some lamb and roasted butternut squash Moroccan filo parcels for Tuesday night too.

  • It will depend on how far along the conservatory replacement gets as to whether I can be in the kitchen if not it's a takeaway of some kind and to top it all off the boiler is broken! hopefully the plumber can fix it this afternoon but if not.....no hot water so no washing up! Life sometimes conspires doesn't it?

    You're welcome any time!

Plenty of leftover roast lamb (because IM didn't manage to find us) so it will be a nice spicy lamb biryani tonight.
  • Dinner tonight will be cold pork and gammon with chips, salad and coleslaw. Thete is some apple crumble left too.
