We are having roast lamb for dinner from a half leg I bought a few months ago, cooked, the DS2 ‘wasn’t hungry’ (hungover), so we had our share and froze the rest - I’d forgotten how much there was left, so have also made a lamb tagine for later in the week, 6 meals from a fivers worth of lamb and some ratty veg
The rest of the veg has made parsnip soup for work lunches, so I am ready, but not raring to go tomorrow.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
