OH is picking today so the pasta I'd planned will be bumped to tomorrow and I'll have a haddock risotto I bought YS yesterday for my dinner.

Casserole to cook today or tomorrow too.

Thursday dinner was home made parsnip and chickpea curry using left over Christmas parsnips served with naan, poppadums, lime pickle, mango chutney. Yesterday was reduced price flan, bubble and squeak to use up last of Christmas sprouts and baked beans. Today is baked potato, maris pipers which came out nice and fluffy but with crunchy skin accompanied by tuna mayo with red onion, baked beans and a sprinkling of mixed grated left over Christmas cheese.
