Still using up, made some bread today, avoiding shops till the last minute possible, do envy the bargains though

The leftover roast pork was made into sweet and sour pork on Thursday, and there are still a couple of portions of that left in the fridge so we’ll finish that up tonight.
I’ve made and frozen two large turkey/ham/leek/mushroom pies, and a pressure cooker full of turkey curry so we certainly won’t starve in January!0 -

Had Chinese takeaway with a friend last night, plenty left over for tonight...and prob tomorrow too.

House was still smelling of yesterdays fish, despite numerous candles and open windows.

HM Mosakka for us with a side of glazed carrots. The Mosakka is an old weight watchers recipe that uses potatoes instead of aubergine.
