Dinner tonight will be a sandwich with some fruit.
Ohhh, do you have the cheesecake recipe please? I have a friend whom I always make a cheesecake for for her birthday and I'm looking for ideas this year.
There was a vegan market on in town today (as in a market with vegan products and food..not a market selling vegans :rotfl:) so OH and myself popped down for a look. He ended up with vegetable samosas and chaat and I got a hogless roast bun with coleslaw and delicious mini hash browns. So dinner may be a snack later but really not that hungry.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I kinda made it up but it turned out good -
400g digestive biscuits crushed
70g butter melted added to the biscuits and evened out in the bottom of a tin for the base. I use one of those cake tins that pop open.
300ml double cream whipped up
200g soft cheese
50g cocoa powder
50g icing sugar
Packet of 4 kinder bueno. I crushed up most but left a couple of decoration.
Whip cream up so its firm but not over whipped. In a separate bowl add the cocoa, icing sugar, soft cheese and mix well. Add to the cream, Fold in being careful not to overmix it and add the crushed kinder bueno in too. Add to the biscuit base and add remaining kinder bueno for decoration. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Lunch today for us is a leftover soup using some of the chicken, veg and cannellini beans I had in the fridge. It looks good.
Dinner will be a seeded bread sandwich and soft cheese:money::rotfl::T0 -

Jamaican had run out of foods again (he says he will phone us next week before selling out) so we phoned another one. No where near as good and have half of mine left over for tonight. We were both very disappointed but still enjoyed Strictly and His Dark Materials. I will be in hospital before the series' both end but will leave to record (I may watch online at my daughter's) so friend will wait until I am home and then come round to do catch-ups. If cannot get Jamaican next Sunday we will have to get pizza. I am quite capable of cooking but it is just out TV treat night. And Why Not.!!!0
