I bought a pumpkin panettone reduced last week but my girl wasn’t a huge fan, I decided to stick it with some egg yolks n milk and put it in the oven with a tiny bit of sugar. Picked up a shredded half duck in M&S so will have that tonight as wraps. Will make a pudding of some sort as the wraps probably won't be enough for our evening meal on its own.

I slow cooked a joint of beef on Sunday, and froze the shredded leftovers. I'll be using those tonight to make a cottage pie - we need something warm and comforting today, the weather is just ghastly.
