Today was more freezer fodder. I made a keema curry with sweet potato and had loads left over so took that out for lunch. We had panettone pudding afterwards. I bought a pumpkin panettone reduced last week but my girl wasn’t a huge fan, I decided to stick it with some egg yolks n milk and put it in the oven with a tiny bit of sugar. It turned out well and that she did like.
This evening we had homemade carrot and coriander soup made from leftover bits from other dishes and serving with seeded bread. Yogurt and fruit after:money::rotfl::T0 -

Picked up a shredded half duck in M&S so will have that tonight as wraps. Will make a pudding of some sort as the wraps probably won't be enough for our evening meal on its own.0

I slow cooked a joint of beef on Sunday, and froze the shredded leftovers. I'll be using those tonight to make a cottage pie - we need something warm and comforting today, the weather is just ghastly.0
