Found some lamb mince in the freezer yesterday so have got that out and will make a shepherds pie for tonight. We'll have that with some veg.

Kerrie I always use anchovies on lamb, delicious, not all all fishy, just a deep salty umami, if you need some help testing it ;)

  • I cooked small beef joint in SC with various veg on Monday so it would be ready to reheat for dinner when I get back from hospital today, some meat left over for sandwiches then.
  • Lunch today is a cheese sandwich. I didn't get round to making Quiche last night as I have the dreaded lurgy. OH will make Quiche this morning and we'll use that for dinner tonight plus lunch for me tomorrow.
