    Some delicious sounding meals on here, I had the other half of the lamb tagine and rice today.

    Did treat myself to a king prawn Alfredo from icel*nd when I was out earlier so that's in the freezer. I'm not a massive prawn fan but that meal is lovely and lemony.

    Last night we had brussel sprouts, carrot, roast potatoes and pork chops, I had vege sausages with mine.
    Tonight I made a big bowl full of tuna pasta bake. With a spinach salad and garlic bread.

    Mountains of washing and tidying to get through tonight so tea will be frozen pizza and halloumi fries!
  • Mega busy day today with babysitting until lunchtime and them the shop this afternoon so at this point I have no idea what we'll find time to have.

    Tonight's dinner will be some sea bream which I got reduced in M&S with some boiled potatoes, petit pois and courgettes.

    Been a long and busy week for us, so off to our fave Thai restaurant and then to the cinema....bring on the weekend :D

    Beetroot bourguignon with mash - had bought the bourguignon ages ago for OH but it's remained in the freezer untouched so I've had it.

  • May have portion of SC basic mince + whatever and with brussel sprouts as I love em and have just restocked.
  • Had some root vegetables that needed using, so popped them in the slow cooker with an onion, leeks and a some stewing steak. So that will be our dinner tonight.
