Have made creamy garlic mushrooms with roasted jacket potatoes for lunch which was a new recipe for me and must say it was very tasty and will definitely have again. Would make a good sauce to go with a steak!
Tonight's dinner is a easy butternut squash & sweet potato curry from the freezer. Just need to make some rice to go with it.

Jacket potato with beans and cheese today, with the last portion of crumble and some custard from the freezer.
Also feeling autumnal here, had to put the heating on as a) it was chilly (think it's the post effects of my race on Sat, body temp still a bit all over the place) b) I had some washing to dry that I'd already had to rewash as it was drying smelling dampFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
