Hi Ald1 today for a few bits...£60 later  although I did stick to my plan of not putting loads in the freezer, and put a few things back when I did a trolley review...which led to me picking up other bits on the way to the checkout :o. Some of the spend is my fault though as I got one of the hot cloth cleaners everyone raves about, and 9 baby banana pouch things which I use before I go running ...but at 65p each, I might have to go back to bananas proper :o
Bought some vegan 'meatballs' which OH cooked tonight, he had his with mash and curry sauce, I had mine with the end of the spaghetti and some HM pasta sauce ...they were quite nice all in all.

Need to meal plan a bit for the next few days too, and prob some batch cooking wouldn't go amiss if I have time.

Easy one tonight, Jerk spiced chicken breast with salad and jacket potato

Got a HUGE Muscle food delivery, stopped using them for ages as apart from their chicken breasts, the rest of their meat was poor, they obviously had similar feedback from others as this bargain batch is looking good, won’t need to buy meat till the (hushhh) Christmas stock up ;)

Not doing a proper roast today as DH has asked for toad in the hole for a change so doing that with roast potatoes, various roasted veg - carrots, onions, parsnips, peppers, cabbage & green beans. Will make a nice change from a roast meat joint.
