Working today (long time out of the house) so something easy.

Homemade sourdough pizza- mixed dough this morning. Garlic Tomato sauce from the freezer (always make extra and freeze), chopped chorizo, red onion and mushrooms, sprinkled with cheese.

    Note: NO PINEAPPLE!:p

Kitchen currently smelling fabulous as I have a butternut, spinach and chickpea curry gently simmering away to have as our main meal of the day with some rice and a cucumber raita.....yummy stuff!

Any extra space at the table? Love vegetable curries!

Oh no, sending hugs to you and yours Xx

Portion of casserole from the freezer and some cabbage for my dinner. OH had gnocchi.

I made a veggie / GF chilli while I was here today too so that is in the fridge marinating nicely for one day later in the week.

1/3rd of a St. John Bakery baguette with an avocado, some ham and salt & cracked black pepper. Usually have a glass of wine with this but with the weather and all..... it ended up being a cup of tea.
    Strange times at the moment.

    Morning all,

The curry was a hit, as was the garlic bread!

Lunch is tuna rolls and quavers – very boring but no food shop done at the weekend so making do with whats there!

Tonight is LO curry and fruit salad for pudding to use up the last of the fruit, might chuck in some frozen melon balls too.

Tomorrow night I’m visiting parents and will grab something easy for tea. There will be a definite takeaway over the weekend as the mouth is on the mend.

Having a vegetarian day today! Breakfast was scrambled eggs on toast; lunch will be cheesy comity pie and dinner will be a cauliflower cheese.

  • Potato Gnocchi with some melted butter, black pepper and grated cheese and a green salad followed by a home made apple crumble and custard all of which is easy food for sore tums and HWK is a bit poorly today, though no worse than this morning when I got home at lunchtime so hopefully will be on the mend very quickly.
