Last night's dinner was lush! We celebrated getting a new oven with a roast, and apple crumble. Our "roast" was: veggie sausages, sage and onion stuffing, maple roasted carrots, thyme and garlic potatoes, broccoli and gravy.
Then HM crumble with apples from the garden, and some custard (cheaty - from powder)
Yum, yum.
Tonight is going to be veggie chilli, lettuce, rice, tortilla chips and salsa. And more crumble!0 -
