What are you making for dinner?

I'm afraid stuffing isn't home made. I buy the Lidl sage and onion stuff and we really like it. It could however be replicated with dried breadcrumbs, dried onion and sage...all of the above is perfect for a [life as we know it ending] stash! You could put cheese on top of either!! Or use the cheese in the main part of the roast - mushroom and cheese wellington, for example!
With carrots, works just like honey! I mix a bit of syrup and oil in a jar with salt and pepper...like a dressing, then toss the carrots in and roast for approx 45 mins or until sticky and crisp on the edges.
Lunch today is leftover leek, potato and celery soup (celery needed using!) and HM bread.
Supper is going to be NAUGHTY - pea and potato curry (potatoes are boiled and fried before curries), dhal, marrow bhajis and poppadums. All HM apart from the poppadums. So much fat. So much yum!0 -

Thursday we had chicken curry, homemade onion bagees, vegetable curry and rice.
Friday I had fishcakes and beans, husband had hake, salad and bread.
Saturday I had the leftover bagees and made a potato curry with spinach and husband had the same but he also had the leftover chicken curry. We didnt have any nan bread so we had the folded over bread that looks like pitta from Aldi.0 -
