Last night was HM mushroom pie, frozen chips (clearing out freezer) and peas. Tonight I'm home alone so will probably be beans on toast.0

The l/o curry for lunch and have a chicken breast out of freezer to go with l/o b/nut xquash and potato mash plus some frezer veg tonight. Will be soooo glad when back improves as I love to cook, even if it is for one.0

Tonight is a bit of a useup meal, gammon steaks from freezer stash, sweet potato fries and salad for me, Halloumi fries for DH.

I’ve made a pie with a tin of corned beef, loads of chopped onions, gravy and mashed potato.
To go with it I’ve cleared out the fridge of every bit of veg in there, new potatoes,onions,peppers, tomatoes even some fennel have roasted them all together in a small amount of olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pudding is some Bramley apples I scrumped stewed with the last of the blackberries from our garden served with a packet of instant custard out of the cupboard!0 -
