I used some wraps spread with tinned refried beans, topped with grated cheese and some chopped tomato and spring onions, topped with another wrap and baked in oven. Cut into triangles.
Served with salad and sour cream dip.
  • Chicken breast with some l/o spicy sauce, onion, potatoes & carrots are in SC for tonight.

We're having our main meal at lunchtime today as DD2 is coming with her partner and youngest son so need to leave too early for an evening dinner.

DH is doing slow cooked whole Pork Belly on the BBQ. Will that that with some roasted onions & peppers along with some charred corn.

Roast duck from freezer stash, last of the last season shoot.

Served with Boulanger potatoes and garlic fried broccoli.

Potatoes are from the garden, so a very low cost meal ;)

    Sounds amazing.

We had takeaway instead of paella last night as the day just ran away. The prawns are now being used for lunch today.

Last night I found final portion of that jeffing Halloween pasta from Lidl that I'd clearly made too much of last week, so in the name of frugality, I used that up.

Tonight OH wants mash so going to peel some spuds. Not sure what he'll have with his, I think I have a quorn pie to use up (from before he went GF) and prob some mixed veg with it for me.

Dragging him blackberry picking with me tomorrow...wanted to go today but football is on, so after work it is then.
