Busy day at work and my dad visits on a Thursday so needed something quick so we had spaghetti with prawns, chilli, tomatoes, lemon, and courgette ribbons with garlic bread. Took 12 minutes.
For something so simple it was delicious.0 -

Confession: so tired after work that I called into the coop and bought the £5 frozen meal deal. 2 fish fillets, 2 big fish cakes, a bag of oven chips, a bag of peas and a tub of posh icecream. We had it for dinner with bread and butter. Easily served the three of us.
Icecream was topped with some berries that needed using up.
I then had a well deserved nap on the sofa.0
