Not feeling great today, so we are having a pizza bought from Aldi with salad. Husband has to have some meat apparently so hes cooking some chicken in breadcrumbs to have with his.

Edited to add husband offered to make the dinner, nice gesture but he burnt the pizza, put it in the oven at the same time as the chicken. One takes 12 mins, one takes 25 mins. We resued what we could.

I sauteed some chopped leeks and spinach, topped this with haddock fillets dusted with cumin and cayenne then made a cheese sauce to pour over it all and baked it for 30 mins. Served with buttered new potatoes - it was really tasty.

Been away for a couple of days in the motorhome and didn't get anything out of freezer before we left so have just dug out some pork strips from the freezer. Hoping they'll defrost fairly quickly as it's quite warm! Will have with roast potatoes, roasted veg & green beans and mixed veg with some gravy.
