Got some little button mushrooms in Lidl end of line box (or whatever they cll it) so will do something with thme and some sausages from freezer, maybe pasta too. Went on FB and found mushroom page so d/l loads of lovely recipes, spoilt for choice now.0

Have got a tray of roast rib beef in gravy from freezer and will have with roast potatoes, roasted peppers & onions & green veg.0

I've whizzed up in the food processor some chicken breasts, wholemeal bread soaked in milk, crushed garlic, cayenne pepper, cumin, black olives, capers, parmesan cheese, flat leaf parsley and an egg to make spicy chicken meatballs. I will pan fry these tonight and serve with a little creamy mash and some green beans, with a sauce made from tinned chopped tomatoes with added garlic, black pepper and a dash of sugar.0

Have just cooked some frozen mixed veg read to whizz up for soup for lunches over the weekend while we're away.
I've also got out some cooked beef mince from the freezer which I'm going to turn into a keema curry for dinner probably tomorrow, again while we're away!
