Just polished off the LO Indian takeaway from earlier in the week. Can't say I really fancied it but didn't want to let it go to waste, was actually really nice. OH used up the LO sauce on some oven chips.

Husband had a seabass from Aldi. I had a piece of smoked haddock. I made a baked potato, spinach and tomato dish to go with it.

I also roasted a chicken. I made roast potatoes, roast parsnips and carrots, green beans, broccoli and stuffing, yorkshire pudding and gravy to go with it.
I picked up ready made syrup sponges for 32p from the coop, the other night so unfroze these and opened a tin of custard for pudding.
