Been on holiday for a week and moved house last week, spent the week eating picnics, eating picnic leftovers and ended up craving veg etc so last night i threw together a ratatouille, which I mixed with some boil in the bag rice and some stir fried pork, it was all quite random but tasty and delicious, LO for lunch and tonight is pork chops, colcannon mash and veg. next on the list will be a roast chicken or beef dinner with all the trimmings. After this im going to consciously try and reduce our red meat intake

I made tuna kebabs with baby potatoes, and a ratatouille with bits that needed using up. I made a cake yesterday which was a disaster so I also fed the birds.

JIL - I hate it when baking goes wrong, at least the birds enjoyed it ;)

Chicken salad and new potatoes tonight

Family due for a few days tomorrow, so baking some brownies and an apple pie (fruit from garden), roast lamb tomorrow, using a YS leg from the freezer stash I bought at Easter. Also making Lasagne for Thursday, HM Garlic Bread to have with salad, all pre prepped to maximise time with our grandson, who will be 6 months old Saturday:)

I'm using up the last of Sunday's roast chicken to make spicy chicken burritos tonight, and the carcass has made a lovely pan of stock for some soup.

Found a boxed quinoa meal thing in the cupboard that DM had given me - it's irritating me as it's quite a large box (like one of those Chinese takeaway boxes you see in Friends) so going to have that with some fish tonight. Plus assemble and cook the crumble using berries picked yesterday.
