there is nothing planned for tonight and i had to go to the local shop for a roll for lunch, beef and horseradish which i will eat while i wander with the dog quickly as the skies opened this morning and cut the walk short! must shop this weekend for essentials! tonight will possible turn into some sort of pasta dish
  • Having the other portion of my kebab tonight but with cauli rice. The other portion of wedges for lunch with a fried egg, really fancy as similar to egg and chips. Decided to get some meatballs out tomorrow to have with pasta - determined to use some of them.

Sausage casserole cooked, dumplings were a bit wet but have hopefully cooked ok. Chucked in a parcel of bits of Xmas turkey, bacon and stuffing that I found in the freezer so that's used up too :A

Going to portion up tomrrow and then use the pan to make some more stock.

Not actually sure what tonight's dinner is going to be, casserole always better at least as day after it's been made, so not that.
