A big batch of slow cooker lentil and carrot ragu with half a bulb of garlic - I'll be having that on and off over the next few weeks for dinner. Good thing I don't get bored quickly! :rotfl:

Decided my body is a temple and I need to loose 6 stone by Friday so when I went shopping last night it was all healthy stuff, spent far more than I usually do as everything I wanted was on offer so I got the offers and came away with 1 massive bag full and another extra bag
Breakfast sultana bran, lunch a mixture of pittas, baby cucumber, tomato, peppers, carrot and celery sticks, hummus and chorizo
Dinner, stirfry snacks apple and a banana – no chocolate, repeat no chocolate!

Could you post the recipe please, I keep meaning to cook more lentils but just seem to loose focus especially the ones with loads of ingredients. xx

When you find out how, please please let me know as I need to lose more than 6 stone although I can go until next week. :)

Variety is key if you're going to stick to any weight loss regimen, I find. Otherwise you very quickly get bored of eating the same old 'boring' stuff and then binge on the junk.

Am having a lighter version of chicken and mushroom pie tonight, with filo pastry top, and probably sweet potato mash on the side :)

I need to be slim in 4 weeks for our holiday, where I can put it all back on again :D trouble is, I love food :A

Tonight, HM Turkey Burgers, no bun, sweet potato fries, advacado salad. Proper chips, proper bun for DH.

Have also prepped a chicken casserole and half made a rhubarb crumble for MIL day tomorrow as I have the hairdressers and won’t have time for the full royal service :p
