    Tonight we had Quorn spag bol over steamed runner beans from the garden. Very nice and quick to cook.

    GF fajitas tonight, made with Quorn, one of OH favs but first time we've the GF ones. Wraps were smaller than usual but aside from that you'd never know the difference.

    Tomrrow I expect will be something picky.

    Feeling a little fragile today after cracking open a bottle of prosecco last night, think I drank it too quickly, so dinner will be fend for yourself picky bits.

    Joedenise - A decent sized spud cut into 8 wedges, Roasted with olive oil, lemon, oregano, etc I sprinkle feta, salt and pepper over them.

    The pork is slow cooked in the oven with the same herbs and spices, finely sliced and served with a feta salad, lots of leftovers
