GF fajitas tonight, made with Quorn, one of OH favs but first time we've the GF ones. Wraps were smaller than usual but aside from that you'd never know the difference.

Joedenise - A decent sized spud cut into 8 wedges, Roasted with olive oil, lemon, oregano, etc I sprinkle feta, salt and pepper over them.
The pork is slow cooked in the oven with the same herbs and spices, finely sliced and served with a feta salad, lots of leftovers
