My body is still a temple, iv not been too bad over the weekend to be honest, no takeaways. Made a big pan of chilli on Friday and had it with boiled rice one night, nachos another but healthier version. It did three nights. Then yesterday we were at an agri show but took a picnic – unheard of! Then at a friends last night who is also a weight loss warrior were we had home grown salady bits, ham and eggs etc followed by that days award winning raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake mmmmm – had to be tried!
Tonight I am spinning but I have some also award winning quiche from yesterday. Lunch today is LO picnic!
Tomorrow night some SW sticky chicken will be made to be served with new potatoes and HM coleslaw0 -
Tonight's dinner will be cottage pie with veg from fridge: peppers, onions, mushrooms etc. Will serve with frozen mixed veg.0

CBA today, still 32 degrees and too hot for much so cooked a bowl of pasta and had it with ketchup and cheese. OH was out so just me to feed.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

We were out again. Not too bad burger and salad. Sweet potato fries to share. That was lunch.
We had ham/ quorn ham and leftover salad at tea time.0 -
HM Vegetarian scotch egg made using Linda Mc Rosemary & Red Onion sausages with salad for lunch.
Pork steak, mash & veg for dinner.0 -
Lunch is pitta, mixed veggies and hummus, this is all good when it roasting outside but not sure if I will still fancy this when its winter time, probably turn into HM soup for lunch0

Not sure yet, got lump of mince and some cooked rice out of freezer and have cougettes. Time to put invention hat on.0
