Roast lamb and all the trimmings for us tonight. Leftover lamb will be turned into (1) spicy lamb croquettes and (2) lamb pilaff, so that’s Monday and a Tuesday sorted too.

Doing a roast beef dinner, with all the trimmings.

LO will be used with chips & beans tomorrow and any left over after that will be turned into a beef curry for the freezer.

It's a big joint for just the two of us!

Change of plan for the LO beef! We're going to have some the LO sliced in gravy as there was also LO gravy! Will have with fried up LO roasties & veg.

There is enough cubed LOs to make 4-6 portions of curry, can probably stretch it further by adding some BNS and/or lentils! So at least 2-3 meals for us to go into the freezer.

Avocado on toast seemed to be breakfast, lunch and dinner tonight as I've just realised i forgot about dinner and the avocado / toast was mid morning after a run.

We went out at lunchtime and had some dim sum at a local market.

We had salmon, chive and potatoes, tomato, mushrooms, green beans, broccoli and courgette for dinner.

Using up some chips OH can't eat because they're not GF, with some quorn nuggets that fall under the same. Not exactly the most healthy of dinners...but hey ho.

Going to make an aubergine bake with some sad looking aubergines later.
