Vegetable casserole with dumplings (well it was originally chicken but this portion didn't actually have chicken in it) with sliced roast chicken (see..added chicken in the end) with a couple of yorkies - all from the freezer. With some instant mash. Just what was needed on a day like today.

I'm making Nigel Slater's recipe for carrot and coriander fritters tonight, with salad (and maybe a few cheeky chips).

Took out a couple of portions of lasagne which we had with some salad. Very nice it was too.

Need to check if I need to get anything out for tomorrow's meals.

No Bull pulled 'pork' burger, with beans and new pots. Still trying to use stuff up and can actually see some feeezer space.

Got some stock out and sausages to make a casserole too.

    OH had a picky dinner.
