Leftover chicken, mushroom quiche, jacket potato and salad.

Decided to make a head start on tomorrow night's dinner, husband walked into kitchen and said in a disappointed voice "oh no don't" as I was mixing a small tin of baked beans into a sausage casserole, ready to go in the slow cooker tomorrow, apparently he won't be looking forward to his dinner now!!

I'm with your husband there. I can't stand a wet sausage. Ewww

    Lol.
It's not the sausage, it's the fact it's got baked beans in it!

Today's lunch is quinoa chowder from the freezer.

Dinner will be leftovers from yesterday: mushroom and tomato spaghetti, and a Lidl fake nakd bar for pudding!

Got pork and apple pinwheels at the weekend so will be having that tonight, from a local recommended butcher, going to cook a chicken and shred and make a big pot of curry, later on in the week pork chops. friday did turn into a chippy tea but for once it was quite delish, i dont usually rate them

SO, really the pinwheel was a greasy sausage roll in a different shape, tasty but disappointing! - looking forward to the curry though :money:

That would annoy me and end up with a comment such as 'if you don't like it you know what you can do' ..followed by me feeling guilty for moaning at him just saying he doesn't like something. :o

OH has just had tomato soup (he'll turn orange soon he's had so much of it). I am thinking I might have some rice and LO curry from the weekend. I really need to get motivated. I am quite happy doing the shopping, but actually cooking it is feeling a bit of a chore atm.
