Been a hectic week, so an easy dinner.
Wrapped mozzarella stuffed chicken breasts in bacon (needed using) and cheated with a bag of sweet potato fries and saladNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Smoky BBQ beef skewers with sweetheart cabbage and mash.
The skewers were YS from the Coop this summer and have been in the freezer for a bit - very nice they were too - only thing is i accidentally defrosted six, when I mean to catch them when they could be separated and put 4 back in the freeze before they all defrosted.
