Been a hectic week, so an easy dinner.

Wrapped mozzarella stuffed chicken breasts in bacon (needed using) and cheated with a bag of sweet potato fries and salad

Spinach and potato curry, daal and brown rice.
Grapes for dessert.

Smoky BBQ beef skewers with sweetheart cabbage and mash.

The skewers were YS from the Coop this summer and have been in the freezer for a bit - very nice they were too - only thing is i accidentally defrosted six, when I mean to catch them when they could be separated and put 4 back in the freeze before they all defrosted. So 4 more to use in the next day or so.

Home made curry from the freezer. Rice and chopped red onion and tomato. I had some Dahl, with a hard boiled egg in it.

Hot and spicy stir fry with chow mein sauce tonight.

Need to roast off a chicken tomorrow.

Actifry chips,oven cook fish in beer batter that looked really nice but was a bit greasy. Tinned mushy peas. Ice cream forafters.

Roasted a chicken (to share with the mog) so I ended up having that with some cabbage and mash with gravy.....now OH has just decided he wants to order an Indian.
