I just had an edamame and pea soup for breakfast, alongside a 'banana bread' Nakd bar. Bizarre. But my personal trainer has given me targets to hit and I couldn't skip breakfast or have my usual porridge. At least that's two more things (edamame and peas) cleared from the freezer in advance of the festive season!!
Not sure what dinner will be. Think I'll box up the rest of the soup for lunches this week and perhaps make use of the 'black bean spaghetti' I found in aldi the other week.0 -
