Meat Free Monday for us tonight, so I am making mushroom cobbler from a Marcus Wareing recipe. Mixed mushrooms pan fried in garlic butter with a few handfuls of spinach, smothered in a cheese sauce and topped with cheese scones. I have done all the prep and it is ready to bake tonight.
Nectarines roasted with a little brown sugar for pud, with a dollop of cream to serve no doubt.0 -
Was going to be Massaman curry, but to to the heat, has been swapped to tomorrow - BBQ sausages and burger with salad tonight insteadNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Meat free Monday too, although inadvertently, wedding anniversary today so we went out for brunch to a local Italian, wood fired pizza (mine was olives, pineapple and mushrooms...basically all the controversial pizza toppings on one) and OH is veggie anyway.
