I've got some veggie (possibly vegan, can't remember now :p) canneloni filling which I found in the freezer and I'm going to cook a tiny bit of chicken to put in my OH's cannelonis, with a bit of chopped YL ham, and I'm going to make a big salad to go with it and reheat some roast new potatoes I also found in the freezer :D

Not sure what sauce I'll cook the canneloni in yet though!

Tonight, is roast chicken, baked potato, broccoli, turnip, Yorkshire pudding and lashings of gravy, cant wait, il be having some of my rhubarb with yoghurt. I will also put a plate up ready for after spin tomorrow night so im organised and on Friday il be doing some more ratatouille to tide me over the weekend tuna sarnie for lunch
  • I'm going to do a sausage pasta tonight, and chicken, lentil and rosemary from River Cottage Light and Easy for tomorrow - cooking them both at once to maximise oven usage.

The chicken recipe serves 4, so I'll not only have Friday night's tea ready made :j (this is real danger-zone time for us, as I'm tired, and we both tend to fancy an end-of-week treat, so it's the night we're most likely to go for an impromptu and budgeted takeaway or meal out :o), but I'll have half to freeze for next week :j :D.

I'm not going to eat the meat but I'm not going to do separate ones for me, I'll just have some of the main dish and pick out the meat and give it to my OH :rotfl::rotfl:
