Had a posh meal of scallops & chorizo planned for me and DH but change of plan and DD and her fiance visiting means we're having carbonara for lunch, and dinner tonight will be simple burgers with Eton mess or fresh fruit salad for pud.Spend less now, work less later.0

Have been away across the big pond for a few days, tues was prawn fajitas, wed was baked haddock and thurs was a lobster roll at the airport with a bowl of chowder. Not too much over eating but feeling very creaky from lots of sitting in meetings.
Was too tired for proper dinner last night so that was fresh baguette OH had bought with cheese spread.
