Klew356 - I'm now going to have potato with cheese and beans for lunch. Also don't know that I'll find time to eat tonight.

It's a bit up in the air today, we are off to the 'North Island' for the day, so I am sure we will find something to eat :)

Had a posh meal of scallops & chorizo planned for me and DH but change of plan and DD and her fiance visiting means we're having carbonara for lunch, and dinner tonight will be simple burgers with Eton mess or fresh fruit salad for pud.

Have been away across the big pond for a few days, tues was prawn fajitas, wed was baked haddock and thurs was a lobster roll at the airport with a bowl of chowder. Not too much over eating but feeling very creaky from lots of sitting in meetings.

Was too tired for proper dinner last night so that was fresh baguette OH had bought with cheese spread.

No idea what today will be, likely something easy.

The menu planner says duck in pittas but DH is on late shift so I will probably have a fish finger sandwich.
