We had a pizza night today thanks to the jollibee canada. We don't eat out too often, cause our younger daughter is still really tiny, but having some take aways is always a great idea. This way we enjoying eating together, without someone having to cook actually.2

pork chops, jacket potatoes. I'll throw the bit of left over salad on my tater (beet and dark leaves) but OH will just have some of the left over sour cream and onion dip left over from last night (lamb kidneys and chorizo sausages with pita, salad and dips).I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I suggested kipper fillets with butter, plus Mediterranean veg as husband's hayfever is bad today and we had kebabs yesterday.1

It’s payday for me this week, I have decided to stop my weekly shop.
Since WFH, I tend to meal plan, make a click and collect order or delivery each week and a meat order monthly. I end up throwing away, especially veg/salad each week, so am obviously overbuying. I am going to try and withdraw X amount of cash and pop to our local Aldi when they open at 8am, as and when I need things, or OH can grab a few bits when out and about, though he does tend to buy snacks, crisps, biscuits when going for basics 😉Back to food, and I am keeping it simple with good sausages, caramelised onion on ciabatta for him and linseed flour roll for me, I might bake some brownies as I have loads of eggs to stave of his impulse buying of rubbish.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
