It's turned chilly and windy here so I warmed up one of the stuffed peppers from above and popped a tray of asparagus and a tray of mushrooms in at the same time which used up some leftover oil from the fridge too. I boiled the last few sugarsnap peas and used up some lettuce and cucumber on the side as well.1

Just the 2 of us tonight, (we’ve had an unexpected house guest for several nights) so have taken out of the freezer 2 small lamb racks and will herb crust and roast with garlic green beans and parmentier potatoes for him.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

OH bought a Tescos dinner for 2 - chicken breasts in a mushroom cream sauce with mash, wine, and dessert. Likely do some peas with it as well.
I was thinking.....I've got a pear that is quite ripe (still hard but on the cusp). I was considering cutting into 4 thick slices and topping with goats cheese and grilling as a starter.
