@goldfinches I'm sure it could be made with frozen cauliflower. I didnt taste it myself although there is some left in the fridge.
I think its 95p for a box, I got 2 boxes at 50p each from a company shop.
Tonight I'm going to do wedges, greek salad and breaded chicken.2 -
@JIL - thanks for letting me know, I'll be looking out for the box and blanching and freezing the next YS cauliflower that comes my way.

I do hope they are nice. It was very quick to make and looked good.
Tonight its gammon and the last of the above mentioned cauliflower cheese and mash for husband.
Daughter and I are having rice and veg with salmon.

boneless pork chops with dumplings and "hunter" sauce. followed by chocolate ice cream with a strawberry on top and a couple of excellent chocolate chip cookies.
