Pulled a couple of chunky pork chops from their frozen slumber, over a bed of buttered cabbage for me, with added new potatoes for him, found some questionable Stilton clinging to a fridge drawer, so blue cheese sauce may be the way to go 🤔

Had schnitzel with a tin of potatoes last night.  I'm not a big fan of the tinned taters so only had a couple leaving the rest to the OH to finish off.

Tonight he's doing pasta with a "mutti" tomato sauce with prawns added.
