I have had a bit of an absence from this board. Holiday and covid.
I cooked today, made a roast dinner with pork and stuffing and a tuna pasta bake.
I made a cauliflower cheese with a Sainsbury's box mix. Didnt admit to it being a box and husband said it was really nice. Better than usual apparently. Well it was taste the difference. I bought it for 50p.
