I spent yesterday evening making these creamed corn stuffed peppers from the Shelf Love cookbook which came out very like the photo in the recipe (always a confidence boost), eaten with green salad followed by coffee and a handful of mixed nuts.

Had almost the same meal earlier this evening too except I didn't have room for the nuts.

My fridge turned into a freezer.  It's been playing up for a while. Luckily I  ordered a new one 2 weeks ago and it's being delivered today.
No fresh food in the house so I went through my real freezer and found 3 small tubs of different curries.
So tonight dinner will be Frankenstein curry with rice and naan.  :D

I'm making this Nigella recipe and planning to eat it with some fried tempeh, bulgur and petits pois.

Grabbed some thin cut steak from the freezer, have the makings of a stir fry, will serve over satay rice noodles - can’t get enough of satay sauce at the moment 😂

Same as yesterday but without the peas and followed by decaf coffee, cheese and homemade seedy crackers.
