    Had roast pork dinner followed by apple crumble at SA yesterday.
    Today I am doing Bratwurst sausages in a brioche burger bun with jacket potato and salad.

  • Last night's dinner was a Greek chicken and salad wrap, something light as we'd been out for a fish and chip lunch.

    Tonight we've got lamb steak, rosemary roast potatoes, carrots, broc, peas, gravy and mint sauce. A small square of hm chocolate brownie for pud.

    I made a four portion veggie chilli to carry me over the next few days and ate one helping with cous cous and petits pois followed by a handful of nuts and a decaf coffee this evening.

    Had a fab evening yesterday at local Literary Festival, a wine tasting evening with Helen Mcginn (wine lady from Saturday kitchen), we’re seeing Rosemary Scrager on Saturday too 🙌

    Our youngest is back for the weekend, so will have a takeaway tonight 
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    OH had some sort of stead and ale pie in the fridge with a mash and cheese topping.  I had some mixed roast veg in the oven & some coleslaw with mine and he finished the baked beans.
