  • Homecooked ham, air fryer chips and a fried egg for us tonight. Rest of the ham will do for sandwiches in the week, or frozen for another day.

Two different meal times tonight so made a veg-heavy tomato pasta bake which was easily reheated.  Served with tenderstem broccoli and a garlic baguette.

Ended up with a really lovely Chicken Caesar salad last night, green beans boiled eggs, grilled Tuscan chicken, crispy smoked bacon, over leaves made a quick caesar dressing and YUM….

We’re away for the weekend so having a fridge clearing menu this week.  Tonight is even simpler, chicken wings that were part of the M&S meal deal, with salad and some of the dressing as a dip.
