    We had a tray bake, with chorizo and chicken thighs.  I had halloumi with mine.

    Have loads of eggs, so will make a quiche but using corned beef as the crust, with jacket spud and salad for him, just salad for me.

    PS since when did you have to take out a mortgage for a tin of corned beef 🫣 £3.10 at Sainsbury’s

    Ate at SA yesterday - fish & chips followed by strawberries and cream.
    Egg fried rice tonight.

    canneloni.  M7S had them on special (3 for £9) so I'll be having the spinach and ricotta & himself will have the beef.  They also had a free pastry on their app so we have a maple pecan yumyum to share for afters.
