Yesterday, we had salad, I made it in advance and steamed some new potatoes in the microwave when we were ready to eat.
Today it's an easy Sunday roast, I cooked the pork yesterday as it was at its sell by date. Will plate up an additional 2 for the inlaws.2 -
OH did a fairly big shop yesterday and last night's menu changed several times in a few hours.....in the end we had pizza.

First time trying a Chicken Curry recipe for the slow cooker, it required potatoes in the sauce not as a side, so will be interesting to see how it goes.obc x

I made tacos. "Mince" mixture from crumbled walnuts and tofu (and plenty of herbs, spices, tomato paste and soy sauce), then soft wraps, guacamole, salad, jalapenos and some sweet potato chunks. A hit all round. Blueberries and yoghurt for pud.3
