As expected, feeling a little fragile today, lovely evening though 😊
easy dinner tonight, a pack of frozen seafood in a rich tomato base with HM bread for him, by itself for me. Might make a Rouille to plop on it 🤩Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

If the weather clears a bit more we'll be doing steaks on the bbq. If it doesn't we might do them inside. OH is planning chips with them. I might add a small tomato mozzarella salad.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Bright n breezy here today, might risk a BBQ 🤞
Got a ‘mixed grill’ from our local butcher a while ago for a tenner, shoved in the freezer, small bits of steak, gammon, lamb lollipop and chicken - there were sausages too, but OH had those in a sandwich this morning.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Fridge cleaned, OH has done a lot of hoovering. So to make things easy I've pulled out the YS M7S sticky bbq chicken wings I got yesterday and had put in the freezer. We'll also have the greek feta twirl remnants, LO potato salad and coleslaw. Might even do the LO mini spring rolls that have been hanging around forever.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Husband got up early and put a big bit of gammon in the slow cooker, I plated up actifry roasted potatoes, mash, cauliflower, tender stem broccoli, carrots and cabbage for husband and the inlaws.
Daughter and I had an m&s mushroom pasta ready meal each, with airfry salmon and tender stem broccoli.2 -
Basic chilli here, rice for him on its own for me
feels weird cooking such a small amount when I’m used to cooking for loads - definitely cheaper though 🤣Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!
