Hi all
I need some new ideas, we are eating a lot of the same meals on repeat. Mushroom stroganoff for me, DH did a cajun chicken recipe that he made up himself a long time ago. We have chopped off the last of the rhubarb in the garden so I made a crumble.

I’m making chicken florentine tonight using some of the leftover roast chicken from yesterday. The onion, garlic, spinach and mushrooms are all free from the Community Fridge.2

Working late tonight so will grab dinner during meeting breaks. Made a beef casserole last night (beef shin from Lid!) with dumplings in it. Dread to think how much it cost to run the oven for 3hrs cooking it...prob would've been cheaper to buy it these days.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
