I made pan fried salmon fillets which I had marinated in orange juice, garlic, shallot, black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and honey. Marinade was added to the pan once the cooked salmon had been removed, and boiled to reduce it to a lovely sticky sauce. Served with tenderstem broccoli and sliced green beans.2

We're still having builders in to do the kitchen so we're having hunters chicken from the freezer pan fried, new potatoes and veg, cooked via the microwave and a camping stove.3
