We're finishing off the Jamie Oliver giant madras-spiced meatball, rice and spinach traybake I made last night. It was gorgeous.

I made pan fried salmon fillets which I had marinated in orange juice, garlic, shallot, black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and honey. Marinade was added to the pan once the cooked salmon had been removed, and boiled to reduce it to a lovely sticky sauce. Served with tenderstem broccoli and sliced green beans.

I found some pizza base mix, made it into a calzone with cheese and tuna.

    Lard. Well, Eddie did it!

Seriously, either mushroom stroganoff with mashed spuds
    or
Cod with a cheese and and mustard sauce, peas. That'll do nicely.
Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!

We're still having builders in to do the kitchen so we're having hunters chicken from the freezer pan fried, new potatoes and veg, cooked via the microwave and a camping stove.
