I cooked a delish cottage pie on my single gas camping stove rather than switching on my big electric oven last night, managed to get 3 big portions so will have one tonight for dinner also, I will just brown the top off on the crisp button on my air fryer for 10 mins.

There may be fish and chips.  And coleslaw.  If it ends up being too far into the evening I'll pull the plug on that and go for an omlette or something else very simple.  Got an early morning tomorrow, got to get to Heathrow!!!

Currently in a Fuller's Pub at Heathrow having a burger and chips. Next meal will be whatever Air Canada serves unless I buy a sandwich to take with me. Tim Horton's Timbits when I land in Toronto at what will be about 11pm in the UK.

    Sausage, chips and beans tonight.

Going on holiday on Saturday and also condensed two freezers to one so eating out the freezer which helps keep the cost of the weekly food shop down too.

Chicken legs are out of the freezer ready to air fry tonight for lunch tomorrow and tomorrow night we will have orzo with some leftover bacon and fridge gravel.
