Aldi no chicken spicy burger tonight (now on the 'do not buy again' list) with beans and alphabites for an easy dinner.

Chicken breast baked in the oven with a coconut and lemongrass stir fry sauce (been sat in the fridge for a bit as wasn't keen on it as a stir fry), with vegetable rice.

Quick meal tonight, veg sausages with pease pudding, carrots, peas and broccoli, dollop of BBQ sauce. Coffee and home-made chocolate cake after.3

Had chickpea and veg curry made from leftovers in the fridge yesterday, eaten with cous cous, petits pois, green beans and sweetcorn followed by fresh pineapple and coffee.6
