    Hope you’re doing okay, Kerri!

Tonight I made a salad of rocket, cherry tomatoes and cucumber ribbons, topped with some crispy butter-fried gnocchi, then some thin strips of medium-rare rump steak (one steak between two of us), and drizzled with some homemade chimichurri sauce.

My online delivery arrived and we had a roast dinner with pork chop, chicken and vege sausage. I bought a pack of chicken thighs, cooked them in a roasting bag,  good value as the dog got one (bones out) daughter had two and theres 5 left for lunches. Not bad for £2.50.

Snap! (almost) But I'm cheating because I've bought the Tasco paella and will be adding extra prawns.
