    We had tomato pasta bake with veggie meatballs (YS) and peas. Followed by sticky toffee pudding (YS) with custard.

    Got some yogurt dough - FF for tonight's pizza dinner.
    I think it was eat well for less, the yoghurt dough was being used to make pasties.  They looked good.

    We had spinach and ricotta ravioli and focaccia bread and salad. I confess to it being part of an m and s  meal deal.

    I made the tamarind greens and mung bean recipe on this page by Yotam Ottolenghi this evening From dal to butter beans: Yotam Ottolenghi's recipes for legumes | Food | The Guardian as I had some chard left over from my cookery evening class that needed using up.

    2 and a half cups of SR flour
    3 tbsp soft marge - I use Aldi Best for Baking tub
    1 cup of milk
    1 egg
    half a cup of grated cheese
    Sprinkle of mixed herbs
     mix all together with a knife - bake for 15 - 20 minutes  at 200 fan oven - I brush top with milk and sprinkle garlic powder on top before baking. Mark into required number of portions before baking.  I do 8.
    I had a go at making this tonight but think i need more practice. Do you use UK or US cup sizes? I used UK cups and it seems enormous

    I used plastic measuring cups  - bought a set at £lan.  UK.
